The hotel has 15 luxurious rooms (some with connecting doors) and 15 executive rooms (offering sea views). All rooms have bathroom on suite, television, telephone and safe (free of charge). Built in 1898, the hotel combines tradition with modern comforts and services. Every morning we offer an elaborate breakfast buffet and full English breakfast in our romantic breakfast room. There's also the possibility to reserve your 4-course dinner at the hotel.

The Golfhotel Zoute is situated in the most calm and residential area of Knokke. This area, called "Het Zoute" is located near the unspoiled nature reserve "Het Zwin". The four attractive golf courses of Royal Knokke, Damme, Oostburg and Oostende are just a short drive away. Our hotel is just a few minutes on foot from the beating hart of Knokke and the beach. Our breakfast buffet is included in the room price and you can even enjoy it outside on our comfortable sun terrace, while overlooking the ancient forest " the Koningsbos".

De oorspronkelijke twee woonhuizen op deze plek werden in de 19de eeuw samengevoegd tot één groot pand. Het huidige complex dateert van 1902 en herbergde het 'Institut Communal de Demoiselles'. Later kwam op de begane grond een groentezaak. Een lift bezorgde het toenmalige Hôtel du Nord in 1965 een nieuw elan. Het huidige Hôtel Polaris is in restauratie met het oog op een nieuwe bestemming.
