3 * Visits are now not allowed in the accommodation except for group 10 from home in the same week. Now only groups of up to 10 people are allowed in outdoor areas on the same site. Customers must notify us within 14 days of their stay if they become ill. If complaints arise during the stay, a doctor will be informed immediately. The suspected infected person should be immediately informed to wear a mask and to return home as soon as possible. If the customer cannot leave the accommodation, he should be kept at least 2 meters from other people and, if possible, have his own room to isolate himself, with his own sanitary facilities.

4 * Customers only use the existing sanitary facilities in the rental accommodation.

5 * A disinfectant hand gel and a disinfectant spray for intermediate cleaning are included with each rental. These are made available but may under no circumstances be stolen from the chalet.

6 * The contact details of each guest must be registered at the latest upon arrival. Fill in the attached documents per chalet number with the name of each person who will stay in this chalet. These documents must be presented to the reception upon check-in
