Booking Conditions
A reservation is confirmed by sending us your credit card number and date of expiration.
Cancellation :
* During the period from May till end September, during the holidays and school holidays :
If you cancel 15 days in advance you pay 3 nights.
If you cancel less than 15 days in advance you pay for the whole period.
*During the period from October till April, with exception of holidays and school holidays :
If you cancel 3 days in advance you pay 2 nights.
If you cancel less than 3 days in advance you pay for the whole period.
-No changes will be accepted on the day of arrival.
-The hotel reserves the right to modify its prices without prior notice if holiday periods in Belgium change.
-Complaints should be sent to the hotel in writing and registered within 8 days. After this period, complaints are no longer accepted.
-Only the Court of Brugge may handle problems between the hotel and the guests.
-The hotel is not responsable for unexpected circumstances such as bad weather, car trouble, ...
-Dogs are not allowed.
Cancellation during the stay :
-For circumstances beyond the client's control, the day which has already started will be charged. This is at the discretion of the manager.
-In cases the manager is not responsable (bad weather, ...) the guest has to pay half of the remaining period at the confirmed price per night.
Check-in : 2 p.m.
Check-out : 11 a.m., if not, the hotel has the right to charge another night.
