In case of cancellation, the following fees will be charged on the total reservation amount :

till 4 weeks before date of arrival : 0%

between 4 weeks and 8 days before date of arrival : 1 night
-
between 2 and 8 dags before date of arrival: 1 night with a minimum of € 100,00

inner 2 days before day of arrival : 100% and minimum € 125,00
In case of NO-SHOW, you have no rights anymore on the remaining nights.
Only written cancellations will be accepted.
