Cancellation policy
Less than 4 rooms
If cancelled or changed more than 48 hours before your date of arrival, free of charge.
Less than 48 hours before your date of arrival or in case of no-show or curtailment or change of dates of your stay: full charge of your stay.
4 rooms and more : cancelation or modification :
- up to 1 month before date of arrival : no costs
- up to 3 weeks before date of arrival : 50% of 1st night will be charged
- up to 2 weeks before date of arrival : 75% of 1st night will be charged
- up to 1 week before date of arrival : 100% of 1st night will be charged
- less than 1 week before date of arrival : 100% of total stay will be charged
Payment
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price (except for the city tax that may only be paid upon check in) in the 2 days before arrival.
