Please do mention these cancelling conditions:

cancelling 2 weeks or more before check in: no costs at all
cancelling 1 week before check in: 25 % of your total sum
cancelling within a week before check in: 50 % of the total sum and a minimum of 95 EUR
no-show: 100% of the total sum
